Most people use third-party apps to make sure that no one gets a hand on their private conversations. Telegram, however, has its own lock function to hide privates messages behind a passcode. Premium Unique Stickers If you prefer keeping the sensitive content of your chats limited to yourself and avoiding it from being intercepted by a hacker or the authorities in your country or region, this Telegram trick is for you. While normal chats in Telegram are user-to-server encrypted and cannot be read unless someone breaches Telegram’s servers, Secret Chats take it to a new level by providing user-to-user encryption. These chats are meant to be short-lived and not stored on Telegram’s servers.
Telegram allows you to classify all your chats into various folders. This lets you deal with a group of chats at a time and avoid others when they are not important. For instance, you could set a group to include all chats from your work colleagues and another to manage your personal social circle. To enable this go to Settings and choose “Privacy and Security” from the list. Next, tap on “Passcode Lock” under the Security heading, then set your password lock on! However, Telegram only uses this encryption in calls and in its “secret chats” feature, not in regular chats. Those are only encrypted client to server. Meanwhile, WhatsApp, the supposedly less secure service, has used end-to-end encryption in all messages, calls, and video calls since 2016. To do this, choose the items you want to send and tap on the three-dot menu. Now select “send without compression”, and you are good to go.

Moreover, as with other Telegram features, you can able to use, replies, mentions, pinned messages, invite links and you can also add bots to your channels and groups. You can also able to set your chat to self-destruct in a certain period of time after it has been read or opened.
